Hosted by an array of internationally renowned presenters – including Chris Riddell and Craig Davis – the AIME Knowledge program provides professionals from all industries practical knowledge and skills to improve their working lives.
Taking place at AIME 2015 on 24 and 25 February at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the knowledge sessions will cover topics such as innovation, technology, industry trends, the global MICE industry, strategy, marketing, and creativity. AIME Knowledge promises a focus on innovation with each session providing attendees with skills they can use in both their personal and professional lives.
“After being named Best Exhibition at the 2014 Australia Event Awards, we’ve heavily invested in AIME to deliver the best Knowledge program yet,” said Jacqui Timmins, Exhibition Director at AIME and CIBTM.
“We have responded to the growing demands of the global MICE industry for new business initiatives, and designed a new Knowledge strategy to deliver the AIME community access to the best speakers and education sessions on offer from around the world”, Timmins said.
AIME Knowledge speaker, digital strategist and social commentator, Chris Riddell has worked with some of the largest and most successful companies and brands in the world. Chris’ presentation will focus on innovation and the possibilities for organisations linked to the digital space, and will offer compelling commentary on areas relevant to their work.
“Innovating in this new world is a mindset and a culture. It’s about harnessing the power of the crowd, both from within the walls of your business, and from your customers. There will be jobs around the corner that don’t even exist yet, and these will require an incredibly fresh way of thinking,” said Chris.
As another prominent speaker presenting at AIME 2015, Craig Davis is best known for his work in the advertising industry with a client list including renowned global brands such as P&G, HSBC, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Shell, Nokia, Sony, Toyota, Kraft, Ford and Vodafone. His focus for AIME Knowledge will be creativity, and how it can generate new ways for companies to do business – arming his audience with skills, tips and tricks to work more effectively and creatively.
“Creativity is the most important resource in your business, it’s remarkable and it’s renewable. In an era of rapidly increasing complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty and the acceleration of everything, creativity has never been so valuable,” commented Craig.
“The AIME Knowledge program will provide attendees of any industry or skill level with practical skills to improve their day-to-day operations, as well as tools to enhance their personal and professional lives,” Jacqui Timmins said.
