Today sees the completion of an extensive upgrade to the Audio Visual (AV) technology systems at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach, Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley and Crowne Plaza Terrigal, allowing clients to enjoy an enhanced AV experience for conferences and events held at the hotels.
The three properties now boast new state-of-the-art AV systems supported by a team of dedicated on-site AV technicians to provide assistance ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests.
The enhanced AV system includes motorised wide format projection screens, ceiling mounted data projectors and cutting edge ceiling sound systems, which will be available in every conferencing room and controlled from a user-friendly touchpad or touchscreen.
These features will offer a heightened experience for anyone taking part in events at the hotels as the technology available will ensure exceptional quality and delivery of any audio or visual materials.
Following a complete overhaul of the wiring and matrix control system, the AV product has been “future proofed” allowing true digital signals to run to the projection and audio systems – without using numerous cables or plug-ins – ensuring a sharp, clear result for users. All conference and meeting rooms will also have audio inputs which provide clients the best in audio quality for music and presentations.
Ballrooms at each property will provide clients with exceptional image quality through the use of patch panels, which send signals digitally to the matrix system. The matrix system allows seamless switching between the installed projectors and sound systems, allowing users flexibility of layouts and function programming.
The ballroom ceiling sound systems have also been re-designed to ensure optimum sound-quality during speeches. The ballroom control is also conveniently accessible through multiple touch screens, allowing clients delivering presentations to use the equipment with ease.
