Dockside Group, along with a number of our suppliers, clients and sponsors, have pulled together in aid of our fellow Australians who have been affected by the recent floods, by hosting a charity dinner in an effort to raise $65,000 for Queenslanders. The event will be held on Monday 7th February, 2011 at Dockside in Cockle Bay.
All proceeds of the event will go to the Queensland Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal, helping those most affected by the flood waters rebuild their homes and lives. Up to 75 per cent of the Sunshine State has been declared a disaster zone, with many residents across Queensland losing everything.
There will be plenty of ways to show your support by purchasing a table to the event or offering an item (product or service) to be auctioned on the night.
We will have staff member from all departments (Sales, Marketing, Event Planners, Restaurant Manager, Chefs and more) of Dockside Group helping out on the night donating their time and services for the evening. There will be music, entertainment and an auction of generously donated goods and services.
