Exhibitions & Trade Fairs (ETF) has appointed Samantha Adams as their newly created Client Engagement Manager. The role reflects ETF’s continued commitment to delivering qualified buyers to its shows. She will manage the visitor engagement strategy for the Business Event Portfolio, including Inspire EX, The Travel Industry Exhibition, ENTECH and the newly created Drinks Industry Show.
The move to ETF marks a continuation of her career in relationship management as Samantha previously held the role of National Member Director Programs Manager at The Institute of Company Directors. She has also worked for the Melbourne Racing Club managing key corporate and member portfolios and relationships.
Adams said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at ETF to take on a role that enhances our client experience. I am also looking forward to fostering and nurturing meaningful relationships between our visitors and exhibitors.”
Samantha has over 10 years experience in relationship, event, project and program management across private, corporate and non for profit sectors.
