2016 marks the 20th anniversary of Forum Group Events (FGE) delivering a broad range of business events for global corporations, government bodies and associations. The team hosted a special event celebrating the milestone that was attended by clients, industry representatives and stakeholders at boutique wine bar, The Winery in Sydney.
Since opening in 1996, FGE has grown to secure its position as one of Australia’s leading event management agencies, annually delivering over 200 events world-wide. The team has received several industry awards for excellence and recently was named winner of Meetings and Events Australia’s national awards for Meetings and Events Management Organisation (less than 8 employees) and Corporate Social Responsibility.
For 20 years, Forum Group Events, formerly The Forum Group, has serviced a significant range of industries predominantly information technology and others specialising in the electronics, retail, consulting, freight, franchise, finance, construction, education, motorsports, health and pharmaceutical sectors.
The team’s major focus continues to be IT conference, exhibition and brand activation events where it maintains its strong reputation. Key brands serviced have included the likes of Dell, Red Rock Consulting, Acer, Microsoft, South African Tourism, Coca-Cola, AusAID and GE Healthcare.
No event campaign is too big or too small and over the years FGE has delivered almost every event format there is, incorporating into their portfolio conferences, road shows, special events, product launches, meetings, award dinners, sporting events, exhibitions, webinars and incentives.
Recently, FGE delivered the ThinkTV Marketing Forum, a large scale event aimed at helping the Australian advertising and marketing community get the very best from today’s multi-platform TV. South African Tourism utilised their full creative and practical skills for their bi-annual ANZ five-city road show targeting the travel agent market. The team successfully delivered Multicultural NSW’s Premier’s ‘Harmony Dinner’ – NSW State Government’s major community event attended by more than 1400 people and broadcast on television on SBS. The team continue to execute regular event series for major global I.T company – Dell EMC.
