The Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) has confirmed that Mark McCrindle, social researcher, futurist and psychologist; and Toby Travanner, corporate trainer and Director, The Learning Company, will share their respective expertise at the EEAA Industry Conference, Tuesday 4 December 2007, Star City , Sydney .

McCrindle, Director, McCrindle Research, will provide insight into how the exhibition and events industry can prepare for generational changes and the resulting business impact associated with catering for Generations X and Y, and Babyboomers.

Corporate trainer, Toby Travanner will present delegates with a hypothetical chaotic situation and arm them with the skills and knowledge to deal with similar scenarios that may arise in their own workplaces. He will also emcee the EEAA Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner, taking place after the Industry Conference at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf , Pyrmont.

The EEAA Industry Conference will see the Association’s members convene to share industry developments and learn from leaders in their field. With more speakers to be confirmed, the program will feature a diverse range of high calibre local and international speakers.
