On Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 May 2008, the Australian Events Expo will return to the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour.
After a successful inaugural year in 2007, where over $1.5 million of business was booked and over 3,500 event professionals visited the expo if you organise business events anywhere in Australia, you can’t afford to miss this exciting national event. Organisers are thrilled to announce that 50% of the exhibition floor has already been sold to a growing list of national destinations, venues and suppliers from throughout Australia and there promises to be more to see in 2008.
In addition to more exhibitors on show than before offering more exceptional ideas for events, the expo will also include a variety of familiar inclusions to tempt, delight, educate and excite throughout the two days including the Showtime Stage and its ongoing entertainment ideas; Taste Live Theatre Kitchen with delicious and creative catering ideas; the MEA Seminar Program; and another show stopping networking event.
In 2007, the Australian Events Expo hit the mark with exhibitors who were keen to be part of a unique national event in Sydney, as it offered the opportunity to meet with so many existing and potential clients. Patricia Chan, General Manager Sales for Expo Hire (Aust) told us…”we were inundated with queries from visitor’s right from the start…and even had an event booked before lunch…you will definitely see us in 2008…”.
