’s biggest International Congress Dinner this year, with plans set to sparkle at the Rocks!
The Congress Dinner will be the social highlight of the XXII International Congress of The Transplantation Society, which will see over 4000 international delegates converge on
Sydney
next month. The Transplantation Congress will be the largest gathering of transplantation experts to focus on the world program agenda mission, towards global leadership in transplantation; the development of the science and clinical practice, scientific communication, continuing education and accreditation and guidance on the ethical practice.
Preparations for the spectacular “Dinner at the Rocks” began in July 2007, under the client brief:” to design and operate an unforgettable unique event for 4000 delegates”. Special permission from Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority was granted to utilise the 6000 square metre venue area from morning to midnight, 13 August 2008. This was a unique concept for The Rocks and part of the excitement for delegates will be immersing in the local lifestyle and precinct for the night.
