Following extensive and exhaustive negotiations, Palazzo Versace, described as
Australia
’s only six-star hotel, has announced the appointment of Videoplus as their new in-house audio visual technical services provider
Videoplus have confirmed that preparations are well advanced to replace the incumbent and the venue’s superseded audiovisual systems in time for their 3 year initial tenure commencing in October.
When asked what attracted Palazzo Versace to Videoplus, Sandra Tikal the hotel’s General Manager stated that “Videoplus stood out because of their commitment to providing the venue with a quality product, and always ensuring that our customers’ needs are their first priority. Two decision drivers that are clearly aligned to our venues’ exacting service standards and Palazzo Versace’s management philosophy.”
From Videoplus’ perspective, gaining Palazzo Versace’s in-house technical production contract is seen as affirmation of the company’s demonstrated abilities and their record of delivering enhanced capabilities and a superior audio visual infrastructure across all their venues.

To oversee the technical upgrade and ensure that Palazzo Versace guest’s receive the service standards demanded by a discerning clientele, Videoplus have assigned Garry Sturman, a recently appointed technical production manager to the tenth new venue Videoplus have taken over in the last couple of years. Garry brings over fifteen years industry experience, a record of meticulous preparation and flawless performance.
