Bob Dewstow CEO of Videoplus has announced the acquisition of Showcorp, the company’s latest addition and one that starts to redefine the ‘Plus’ in Videoplus.

Following no less than six months of discrete negotiations, all three established Showcorp divisions, ‘Showcorp Video Solutions’ (SVS), ‘Showcorp Production Services’ and ‘The Great Outdoor Lighting Company’ now join Videoplus to form the expanded and extremely capable ‘Videoplus Group’.

Since Videoplus’ formation over four decades ago, the company has always been a step ahead.
