Solution RED has purchased all of Avolve Pty Ltd’s shares in Avantage Presentation Services Pty Ltd, giving Solution RED 100% ownership of the technical event services business for in house venues.
Rhona Walker, Managing Director of Solution RED will rescind her position as Executive Director of Avantage and take on the role of Managing Director. “It is a very exciting time for Solution RED as we continue our growth along the Australian eastern seaboard.” Rhona said.
Rhona’s list of accolades stems over 24 years of experience in the meetings and events industry, particularly in technical and creative event services.
The synergies that exist between Solution RED and Avantage will continue to provide a full service solution to current preferred venues and their clients. These include the RACV Royal Pines Resort, Swissotel Sydney and Atlantic Group venues at Central Pier Docklands. The Avantage brand will be retained to provide differentiation between in house services and external technical event services provided by Solution RED.
