Diversified Exhibitions Australia, North Port Events and Reed Exhibitions were big winners at the Exhibition and Events Association of Australasia’s (EEAA) annual gala dinner last night, held at Central Pier’s Atlantic, Docklands in Melbourne.
Diversified Exhibitions Australia took out some of the night’s most prestigious titles, with Australian Fitness Expo winning Best Trade Show over 10,000 square metres and Best Australian Show and the Good Food and Wine Show taking out Best Consumer Show over 10,000 square metres.
Reed Exhibitions also triumphed on the night, taking out awards for the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo and Hair Expo. To top off their success, Alana Ross of Reed Exhibitions Australia was awarded for all her hard work and dedication with the Richard Geddes’ Young Achiever of the Year Award.
Other winners on the night included North Port Events for The Food Show Auckland; Australian Exhibitions & Conferences (AEC) for the Design:Made:Trade Show; and Van Den Berg Design Team for their custom stand for iSOFT.
The awards acknowledged excellence across all sectors of the Australian and New Zealand exhibition and event industry by awarding winners with a beautiful glass trophy and exclusive logo to use in marketing and collateral for the next three years.
The EEAA Awards for Excellence were proudly sponsored by leading industry names including Octanorm Australia, Reed Exhibitions, Info Salons, Royal Exhibition Building, Diversified Exhibitions Australia, and Chartered Security.
