The buzz:

In keeping with the conference theme - Meeting the Challenge of Sustainable Development - much emphasis was placed on "slow food". This was achieved primarialy by sourcing as much produce as possible from within a 100 km radius. For example the morning and afternoon breaks featured scones with local strawberry jam and cream - yum.
