Mantra Lorne proved a popular option for post AIME famils with 10 event and meeting planners choosing to head south following the annual Expo in Melbourne on 24 and 25 February.
Mantra Lorne showcased their capacity to hold unique events starting off with an evening of cocktails and canapés held outside on their seagrass lawn, followed by an Argentinian inspired dinner and the sounds of an acoustic guitar player.
The group were also treated to a day trip along the Great Ocean Road, taking in the breathtaking sights of the Twelve Apostles and the Loch Ard Gorge.
Mantra Lorne General Manager, Abraham Dow, revealed the resort’s million dollar refurbishment plan due to commence in April and concluding end of May. The refurbishment includes renovations to the Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Heritage and Private dining areas, the Heritage Ballroom and the Observatory.
The only beachfront resort in Lorne, Mantra caters for up to 600 delegates with seven different venues to choose from.
