Perth Convention Bureau (PCB) will embark on its second road show to entice the corporate and incentive market to host their events in Perth. Perth, the sparkling capital of Western Australia, offers a fresh perspective on business events with plenty of open space for delegates to think, breathe and connect.
Business event planners of Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur are invited to ‘redefine the boundaries of their next business event’ at one of the four events during the road show. The Jakarta events will be held on Tuesday, 19 March at the InterContinental Jakarta Midplaza and the Kuala Lumpur events will follow on Thursday, 21 March at the PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur.
Guests will enjoy a sumptuous lunch or dinner with live cultural entertainment, whilst learning about the latest business events offerings by Perth’s key accommodation, venues and conference and events services including Crown Perth, Pan Pacific Perth, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Perth Convention Bureau, Western Australian Indigenous Tourism Operators Council (WAITOC) and Wel-Travel.
Key Perth Road Show sponsor, Garuda Indonesia, recently announced it will start new daily direct flights between Jakarta and Perth on 28 June this year. With Malaysia also less than five hours away by air, South East Asia is on Perth’s doorstep. In addition to this, Perth is in the same time zone as 61 per cent of the world’s population, including most of South East Asia, making Perth an accessible and practical solution for conference and events.
PCB’s Chief Executive Officer, Paul Beeson, said, “Due to its close proximity to Perth, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur are key markets for us, and this campaign serves to remind the international association and corporate and incentive markets of the diversity Western Australia has to offer.
With scores of product and infrastructure developments in progress, there has never been a better time to hold a road show in Asia. Perth provides the quintessential Australian once-in-a-lifetime experience, and the road show will showcase a mere sample of the abundance of indigenous and wildlife content, wineries, endless beaches and renowned sunshine it has to offer.”
Every qualified attendee will be in the running to win a stunning Willie Creak Pearls pearl bracelet, valued at $2,890.00.
