Sydney ’s newest event venue boasts 63,000 sq metres of event space and that vast space was opened in style with a guest list that featured colourful racing identities, STC members, television presenters and race ambassadors along with a sprinkling of event producers and a contingent from the SCVB.
The entertainment revolved around a Bond theme complete with MC Ryan Phelan arriving on the racetrack by helicopter and then again in a BMW M6 convertible.  Entertainment included Ohh! James a number of gaming tables and a rock band to see the night out.
Martinis were served on arrival to be followed by champagne and very scrumptious finger food that a phalanx of chefs ensured never ran out.
