Staging Connections has welcomed industry professional, Tim Morgan (AFMEA) to the position of General Manager NSW & ACT.
Having made significant contributions to the events industry over more than 15 years, Mr Morgan’s experience was honed during almost seven years as a board member of the Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) and in his positions as CEO of MP Expo, and CEO of Morgan Expo.
Tony Chamberlain, Managing Director, Staging Connections is thrilled to have Mr Morgan at Sydney’s helm helping to drive continued innovation in the Staging Connections’ offering.
“We are delighted to have Tim on board to manage our NSW and ACT operations. With his wealth of experience, his core understanding of the dynamic events industry and a defined vision for Staging Connections’ future, we are looking forward to the positive changes that will occur under his leadership,” said Mr Chamberlain.
Entering the role with a clear vision for Staging Connections NSW & ACT, Mr Morgan is determined to deliver inspiring events for clients through tailored solutions.
“Events are about bringing people together, and looking to 2014 and beyond, physical and virtual events will continue to morph together to create more impactful experiences. As technology and equipment become more affordable, the events industry will need to push the boundaries with stronger outcome-focused solutions,” said Mr Morgan.

Mr Morgan is an Associate-Fellow of Meetings & Events Australia (AFMEA), He was the youngest ever board member elected to EEAA in 2007 and in 2006 Mr Morgan was awarded the EEAA Richard Geddes Young Achiever Award.
