This week, The State Library of NSW have re-appointed leading Sydney company Laissez-faire Catering as a preferred supplier for events, in addition to naming them the sole operator of its in-house cafe, after the company proactively submitted an ambitious plan to bring all their catering under one company.
Laissez-faire Catering identified a major opportunity for this unique venue to become one of the leading business and corporate event venues in Sydney.
Sara Flaksbard, General Manager of Laissez-Faire Catering, believes the sheer scope and potential for events at The State Library is one of Sydney’s best kept secrets.
