Time is running out to get the Super Early Bird rate for the Australian Event Symposium taking place on the Sunshine Coast on 13-15 September.
The Super Early Bird rate for the full Symposium, which includes a ticket to the Australian Event Awards as well as five other social and networking events, ends on Monday 15 May.
Meanwhile the line-up of speakers on the program continues to grow, with streaming expert Conal McCullough of Creo Media joining to present a session on how to successfully utilise live video streams at events without losing physical audience.
He joins the likes of John O’Sullivan, CEO of Tourism Australia, award winning producer, artistic director and choreographer David Atkins, regional events expert Linda Tillman, renowned chef Paul Baker, cyber security guru Josh Lemon, multicultural advocates Paula Masselos and Michelle Kennedy and Event Awards Young Achievers Katerina Grant and Lauren Haywood on a packed two-day program.
Aside from inspiring, insightful and in focus sessions dealing with strategic thinking and operational how-tos, the program will also feature four longer form in-depth workshops.

The Event Symposium is a conference for the entire Australian events industry, bringing together those who work on business and corporate events and those producing public events and festivals to develop, connect and grow the strength of their own skills and that of the Australian events industry as a whole.
To take advantage of the enviable location of the conference on the Sunshine Coast, registered delegates will also receive a host of discounts if they would like to “stay and play” on the coast after the conference has concluded.
The Event Symposium will be preceded by the Australian Event Awards Ceremony. Entries for the Australian Event Awards are open until 17 July at www.eventawards.com.au.
