Today I’m packing to head to Melbourne for AIME. I always try to get down on the Saturday to take in Melbourne offerings (my favourite was White Night). Tomorrow I’m off to the NGV for the Alexander McQueen exhibition.
Then on Sunday the heat is on with media commitments up to and through the two days of the expo.
And apparently I’m not the only one looking forward to meeting with people face to face – check out this report.

The fourth quarter of 2022 wrapped up the corporate travel industry’s year of recovery, kept buoyant by strong growth in both Q2 and Q3, with specialists FCM Meetings & Events highlighting a stark drop in interest for both virtual and hybrid events last year. Data showed by the end of 2022, clients planning for virtual and hybrid conferences had dropped by 75 per cent compared to 2021.
