Gayle has over 20 years of experience in both the UK and Australia in corporate turnaround, insolvency, restructuring and turnaround advisory. Gayle is engaged by a range of stakeholders, including boards, business owners, government agencies, lenders, private equity, employees and shareholders. She is typically brought into a situation where it ‘isn’t business as usual’ to help navigate complexity at speed. 

Depending on the economic cycle Gayle’s experience has spanned a range of industries including retail and consumer products, hospitality, real estate, financial services, mining services and manufacturing. 

Gayle is a registered insolvency practitioner in Australia and a Board member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
