At CINZ MEETINGS on May 31 to June 1 in Auckland, New Zealand, Centium Software is showcasing fully integrated Exhibitor Lead Management technology as part of its award-winning EventsAIR Event Management Platform.
Meeting organiser Conventions and Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) is giving exhibitors access to the new lead management technology, which offers greater customisation and data access than other traditional technologies. Exhibitors can write their own custom attendee profile questions, use their own devices to collect responses during an attendee’s visit to their stand and automate communications to the attendee and to their own sales team in real time.
CINZ Chief Executive Sue Sullivan says, “We are delighted to offer this new service free of charge to our exhibitors at MEETINGS 2017.
“Using the lead management system available with EventsAIR means there is no need to bring costly scanners or third party devices onsite. The real-time aspect of data collection and follow-up communications is something that our exhibitors have been seeking,” she says.
Stand personnel can use the same Attendee App as all event attendees from their own smart phones or tablets to manage their leads. The integrated system lets stand personnel either scan or look up attendee details, and collect responses to profile questions in one easy to manage process. The lead management components of the Attendee App are only activated for exhibitors and access can be restricted to specific types of exhibitors.
All data is collected and made accessible in real time and exhibitors can automate the sending of a thank you email instantly after the attendee leaves the stand. They can also simultaneously send lead information to colleagues.
Managers can access attendee details either from the attendee app or from a dedicated Exhibitor Portal. This real-time access is invaluable as managers at different locations can monitor stand visits and view attendees’ details any time that is needed.
