The Australian Event Awards and Symposium will return to Coffs Harbour in 2026 with entries and registrations now officially open for the industry’s premier national program.

Bringing together the best and brightest from across Australia’s $17+ billion events industry, the program recognising excellence, innovation and leadership while providing a platform for connection, collaboration and professional development.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Coffs coast, the 2026 program will once again deliver a dynamic multi-day experience, welcoming event professionals, agencies, suppliers and organisations from across the country.

The Symposium will feature a curated program of sessions designed to inspire and challenge the industry, with speakers and topics to be announced in the coming weeks.
Alongside this, the Australian Event Awards will celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals, teams and organisations across a wide range of categories, culminating in the industry’s Night of Nights.

Returning to Coffs Harbour builds on the success of the previous year, reinforcing the region’s position as a leading destination for business events and industry gatherings. Delegates will have the opportunity to experience not only the program itself, but also the unique offering of the destination, from its coastal landscape to its vibrant local hospitality.

Entries for the Australian Event Awards are now open, inviting submissions from across all sectors of the industry. At the same time, registrations for the Symposium are now available, with early release pricing currently on offer for a limited time.
