Expertise Events just closed the door on their 26th live event across four states and one territory this calendar year, quite an achievement for a small family business!

After a year that started with covid lockdowns and horrific weather affecting most of the country, plus new leadership of the country, we are thankfully all close to celebrating the festive season ‘freely’ and being able to do so with family and friends from Australia and overseas.

This year marked a major milestone for Expertise Events who delivered 26 events across the country and have acknowledged this milestone with a commemorative booklet, celebrating their whole team who have ‘gone the extra mile’ this year to bring such a large number of excellent events to Australians.

On top of delivering so many events, Expertise Events finalised a sponsorship with Lifeline, an organisation providing crucial support for many Australians throughout difficult times and one that Expertise are very proud to be able to support in return. They have also continued their membership of the Family Business Association of Australia.

Gary Fitz-Roy Expertise Events MD said, “To acknowledge our achievements in 2022, we have created a commemorative presentation of every show we have run this year, emphasising the four key values we have learnt from the pandemic period:

1. Do not to take anything for granted;

2. Celebrate the success when you can;

3. Acknowledge and appreciate that the staff are the strength of any business, and your success is linked to them;

4. Having partners who share the same vision and commitment to deliver means that, under all circumstances, together you can come through.”

“A whopping 26 events across Australia over nine months is an extraordinary result given the last two years and especially given we are a small independent Australian Family business,” continued Fitz-Roy.

The flip book carries pictures from each event and a small event overview celebrating the year that was. Following the pandemic, Expertise Events have gone on to not only survive but deliver the largest calendar of any organiser in one calendar year.

Fitz-Roy added, “In closing I want to specifically say THANK YOU to our many loyal clients who supported us over the last few years in all kinds of ways. The pandemic saw the best and worst in people and we certainly appreciated the care expressed by our supporters.”

Expertise Events first event back for 2023 will be the first week of February, so the year will kick off with a bang and whilst some of the bi-annual shows won’t be running, they have already added a number of additional shows to the 2023 calendar.
