The buzz was evident as industry exhibitors and buyers got together over two days at ICC Sydney for Get Local last week.
Exhibitors came from every state and territory of Australia plus New Zealand and it was pleasing to so many regional areas represented.

Then on the second day of the expo we spoke to the organisers, an exhibitor, a buyer and the CEO of BE Sydney to get their reactions (these interviews are approx. 2 mins each)
First up Gary Bender and Donna Kessler who persevered through postponements to deliver a safe show to kick off with the first Business Events event of the year.

I’ve been attending business events expos and showcases in Sydney for over 30 years – from Sydney Destination One to Sydney on Sale, RSVP and more. The buzz at Get Local this year was something quite different. Our industry has taken quite a beating but is ready to jump back in and make this year one to remember – for the right reasons.
