Be Yourself. Be Happy.

Of the grand order of folio leviathans, the Sperm Whale and the Right Whale are by far the most noteworthy. They are the only whales regularly hunted by man. To the Nantucketer, they present the two extremes of all the known varieties of the whale. As the external difference between them is mainly observable in their heads; and as a head of each is this moment hanging from the Pequod's side.

Stay Positive. Always.

MEETINGS 2026 opens exhibitor applications for NZICC Auckland

Exhibitor applications have opened for New Zealand’s leading business events industry showcase, MEETINGS at the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) from 16 to 18 June 2026.

The NZICC will be showcasing its multi-functional capabilities when it hosts MEETINGS 2026 in Auckland. Across three days, NZICC will transform its spaces to encompass the official opening, two-day expo, and a finale celebration extravaganza.

Run by Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA), the most important event on New Zealand’s business events calendar will be a must-attend for exhibitors looking to meet qualified hosted buyers, grow brand visibility, and make invaluable face-to-face connections.

BEIA Chief Executive, Lisa Hopkins says having a presence at MEETINGS 2026 at the brand new NZICC for the first time is a huge opportunity for exhibitors.

“To secure floor space at this much-anticipated show, we are encouraging exhibitors from across New Zealand to apply early. More than 1,200 people attended this year’s MEETINGS with over 6,000 pre-scheduled appointments on a record 250 stands representing 18 regions of New Zealand.

“Building on last year’s success, 2026 is shaping up to break new ground, with a larger footprint, more buyers coming from more countries, and in excess of 1,500 attendees.

“We are excited to be partnering with Auckland Convention Bureau and the wider business events community to ensure MEETINGS 2026 is the place to grow and develop new business, as well as to nurture existing relationships for future success,” Hopkins says.

Again this year, first-time exhibitors or those returning after a five-year break can secure a cost-effective presence at MEETINGS 2026 with a limited number of entry-level spaces available. There are also a limited number of shared-stand opportunities for two organisations to share a space and an appointment stream.

Earlybird rates are available for all exhibitors until 12 December 2025.

The MEETINGS 2026 Exhibitor Prospectus is available here on the BEIA website.
