The Professional Conference Organisers Association is seeking five PCOs or in-house Event Managers to share a short case study (approx 10 minutes) as part of a session at the PCOA Conference & Exhibition in December.
The Association is looking specifically for examples where something new was tried at a conference that worked beyond expectations. Case studies will need to outline it, then give a couple of the tactics the event team used to achieve it. Slides can be used.
The resulting “Fast Case Studies” session is all about exploring how small things can make a big difference and have a large impact.
The session is not about the big picture overall case studies, but about the one amazing thing that was changed, tweaked or implemented which made a huge difference to the budget, client, delegates or business.
The Association is taking applications from the PCOA community to participate in this session – the top five submissions will be included in the program and will also win 12 months free PCOA membership.
Applications are open to PCOs and in-house Event Managers only and close on Monday 8th October 2018.
